To the rear of this caravan is a large end washroom/dressing room. This consists of a Thetford swivel cassette toilet with electric flush, sink with vanity unit, and separate shower cubicle. You have a wall cabinet, airing cupboard and drawers that deal with all your storage needs in this area, and a midi rooflight lets the natural light in. The main door to the washroom also doubles as the door to the airing cupboard.
Moving out of the washroom you come to the bedroom. Here you will find a fixed double bed to one side. This has space underneath for storage, you also have overhead lockers and a good size wardrobe to help with storage. There is also a large Heiki tilting sun roof, which lets the natural light pour in. Above the foot of the bed, you have a cupboard with a 240v electric socket, 12v electric socket and aerial point, also a rotating tv stand, perfect for siting your tv, the cupboard also comes with 2 concertina screens, which can be used independently to either close the tv off from the bedroom, or close it off from the rest of the caravan. You also have a drop down worktop, which can be fastened to close off the hatch through to the kitchen. A concertina screen can be used to close off the bedroom area from the rest of the caravan, giving privacy to sleeping occupants, and also an en-suite arrangement.
Moving towards the front is the kitchen arrangement. This comprises of a Belling domestic style oven and grill, 3 gas burner hob with electric hotplate, 700w microwave, tall fridge with separate freezer, dual purpose rooflight with integrated extractor fan, a recessed sink and drainer. You have 1 X 240v electric socket, and a range of cupboards and overhead lockers for storage.
To the front of this caravan you have a L-Shaped seating arrangement that can be converted into a good size double bed. There is a large Heiki tilting sun roof allowing lots of natural light in, also a drop down window. You have overhead lockers for storage, and a glass display cabinet with a single smoked Perspex frontage.
Overall this is a lovely bright and airy caravan, in fab condition inside and out. It would be perfect for siting on a seasonally, for those home from home holidays.
